Arduino Mega 2560

I'm trying to read the Temperature from my Arduino but I'm not having any luck! Can anybody please direct me how to do this?
I was successful in creating a time chart, but I would like at the same time to read and adjust the temperature..

Appreciate any inputs,
Thank You!
Robert
