windows 10 avrDude app permissions

I am trying to integrate my arudino uno, but keep getting this error, see picture. Not sure what to do!
Hmm strange one. In the start menu of windows can you try right clicking on the Megunolink icon and opening it as an administrator? It seems like Megunolink doesn't have permission to make the changes. I'll ask my colleague about this too.
