Builder Installer Windows Version

I have completed and built a megunolink project using the Builder.
However, I am getting the "not a valid win32 application" error when I try to run it on Windows XP.
It installs successfully, but does not run.
When I tried to run it on Windows 7, it said I should install ".NET framework 4.7.2", which I tried to do but failed.
I did not experience any of these problems with Windows 10, 64 bit.
Is Builder only compatible with Windows 10?
