Re: Components in a FlowLayout panel disappear after re-opening/importing

Hi Sheimend, Thanks for alerting us to this problem. It was a particularly nasty bug that affected containers inside the splitter. I've just published a new version of MegunoLink that fixes the problem. Exporting and importing that interface design should work correctly now. However, importing the f...

Re: SerialCommandHandler prints "ovrflw"

Thanks Joe. I found an issue that causes the overflow message to be printed whenever the end-of-message (\r) character is received if the buffer had been overflowed before. It doesn't sound like this is the problem you are having though as it wouldn't cause the "Ovrflw" message to be printed all the...

Re: SerialCommandHandler prints "ovrflw"

Hi Joe, Would you mind pasting in a copy of the text from a Monitor window (or send it to our support@megunolink.com email if you prefer to not share it here) please? I'm particularly interested in what's sent just before the first overflow message is printed. Also check that you have the latest ver...

Re: Interface Panel Time Plot forgetting 'Auto' time axis

Thanks for your questions and comments. Unfortunately most are bugs that have crept through our internal testing. I don't have solutions yet, but will get them resolved as soon as possible. Scripting comes up every so often, but we are quite worried that scripting would be too complex for people to ...

Re: Running exec file with parameters

Hi Yuval, That's a pretty interesting use-case. Unfortunately it isn't completely supported right now. We are working on a new release so I'll try to get a better solution into that. In the mean-time, a couple of options: 1. Write the label info to a file using the message logger ( https://www.megun...

Re: Error compiling / MegunoLink sketch to Arduino wifi Rev2

Hi again, I've modified our library to compile for the megaAVR platform. I don't have any hardware to test with currently though, and it is hard to get stuff shipped in the middle of this covid thing. Would you mind testing for us please? The update is in our git repository here: https://github.com/...

Re: Error compiling / MegunoLink sketch to Arduino wifi Rev2

Hi, There is a known problem with flash strings, which is causing your compile errors, in version 1.8.5 of the megaAVR toolchain https://github.com/arduino/ArduinoCore-megaavr/issues/62 I was able to compile successfully with version 1.8.4, so that could be a work-around until we can find a more per...

Re: Exponential filter

Hi Steve, Glad it worked out. To initialize the filter variable you still need an initial value, just don't need the variable for it. So: ExponentialFilter<float> lvlFilter(5, 0); Then you won't need to set the weight in the BLYNK_WRITE function. It is worth thinking about the race condition too. If...
