MegunoLink

Hello Meguno Link Team,
i dont exaxtly know if this is a bug, or if i do something wrong.
When i try to log data to a file i am getting the error "the user name or password is incorrect", or the programm crashes.
This only appears on our windows 10 pc. On an older Windows 7 system everything works very well.
I have activated both installs with the commercial license and everything seems to be fine.
I added a screenshot with the shown error.

That is a puzzling error message. My guess is that there is a problem with the path you selected for saving the log file. Could you tell us the path please?

If your log file is on a network drive then MegunoLink will not have the credentials to connect. You'd need to make sure you can see the destination using Windows Explorer before starting logging with MegunoLink.

Hey there Paul, thank you for your reply. Sorry that it takes so long for me to answer. This didnt help. The path is shown correctly after choosing. Ive will make a litte video file where you can watch all the steps i did and how the error message occours. I will share it soon. Best regards, Jan
