Plot - Scale IsReverse issue

Hi,
I came across an issue of not being able to reverse the Y axis scale in both the XY plot and Time plot.
I can select IsReverse for the scale in the designer and it reverses the scale but the changes don't propitiate through to the working plot.
I have attached some images to show the issue better.
I wonder if I am just missing a higher level setting that prevents it propagating or if it is a bug.
