Change Reporting Preferences/ Pushover messaging from built application?

Hello,
The megunolink project I am working from uses a message from the microcontroller to save graphs after a measurement has been completed, unfortunately I cant seem to find where these are configured in the builder end user application, so it seems to be saving the files in folders with a default configuration - separate folders with dates.
Is there a way to allow the user to specify how those reports are saved, preferably with some of the same interfaces as are available in megunolink (I love the resettable incrementing variable as a part of the filename, that is very helpful for my application)?
Furthermore, pushover notifications do not seem to work from the builder application, is that by design, or is there a way to configure that?
