A real mystery. We have tried to modify how the layout works. Not sure if it will make a difference but you can give it a try and let us know. Grab the installer from here

It still does not help.
By the way, I am using Windows 7 Ultimate(x64) simplified-Chinese.

Can you verify you have 4.6.2 installed?

Previously, .net framework 4.5.1 was installed.
Now, updated to 4.6.2.
But the problem persists.
