When you install a built project it typically puts files in two locations. One is in:
C:\Program Files (x86)\CompanyName\ProductName
CompanyName matches the name selected when your Builder license is generated and ProductName is given when generating the installer. The files in this directory can be removed by running the uninstaller just like any typical installation on windows.
The second is here:
C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\AppData\Local\Number Eight Innovation\MegunoLink Host\CompanyName\ProductName
These files are the user files and are used to store any changes to the interface when your interface is run such as the COM ports, changes to dynamic labels etc. If you want to reset your interface back to its default state you need to delete these files manually.
